Synch is a volunteer network that moderates, trains and supports online communities — so the people in them can talk, learn and play without harassment, scams or abuse.
Why we exist
Most harm online happens in spaces nobody is looking after. We train people to look after them — and we look after our own.
Protect
Our moderation and safety teams step in early, act consistently, and handle appeals fairly and in private — never in DMs.
Educate
The Education & Training Academy teaches moderation, de-escalation and community care, with certificates anyone can verify.
Support
We help other communities run better — training their staff, advising on security and bots, and stepping in when things go wrong.

Learn to keep a community safe
Every course ends in an exam and a certificate with its own public verification link. Pathways stack courses into a qualification, and simulations let you practise a difficult conversation with a trained instructor before you have it for real.
